Galton-Henry system was introduced in 19th century and it was fastly adopted by criminal investigation departments. It is used to find fingerprints of criminals. Now this method of identification of fingerprint currently helps IAFIS (Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System) to identify our fingerprints.
How to find our fingerprint?
First of all. Take a paper, black pencil, cello tape
- Take the paper and using the pencil shade some small portions of the paper darkly, even very darkly
- Then cut a piece of tape and place it on the table. Sticking side will show up on the table.
- Rub your finger on the forehead so that you can get some oil on your finger and it will helps to show fingerprint correctly.
- Place your finger on the place where you shaded dark in the paper. And press your finger tightly on the darker paper.
- Then Place your finger on the cello tape on the sticking side. Don't move your finger, press tightly
- And now you can see your finger print and can know what type of fingerprint you are having.
